Q: Has Williams Entertainment ever canceled, missed an event, or shown up late?
A: No, in our 12 years of business we have always been present and on time.
Q: Do you have back up equipment?
A: Yes, within reason, we have backup equipment in case of an equipment failure. We also have backup music and lights.
Q: What does Five hours of DJ time mean?
A: We play music for five hours from the time your guests arrive until they leave. Also, if an event goes long we do not charge extra. (Within 15 to 20 minutes) Travel time, set up time, and take down time is on us.
Q: Does the DJ serve as Master of Ceremonies and do all introductions and announcements?
A: Yes, We keep everything going with timely announcements and all introductions.
Q:Who picks the music?
A: The Wedding Couple picks the songs and types of music. We will play what you want to hear. We also love to play by request.
Q: What is the most important thing that a wedding couple can tell the DJ?
A: We want to know a "Do Not Play" List. What not to play is just as important as what to play.

A: We are moderately involved. We try to keep the emphasis and all attention on the Bride and Groom and all of the guests. We will not embarrass nor make anyone feel uncomfortable.
